REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Participate, start-to-finish, on a wide variety of challenging project
Contribute to all aspects of software development including the design, architecture, development, documentation, and testing of our system.
Contribute to new system development, while also participating in the maintenance and conversion of our existing codebases.
Make sure solutions are properly tested through automated testing tools for PHP
Automate tasks through tools and scripting
Perform reviews and debug code
To be able to work independently with little supervision
Fluent in English

CORE TECH REQUIREMENTS

Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks (Yii, Laravel, etc)
Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming
Understanding of MVC design pattern
Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workaround
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query language
Ability to design database schemas that represent and support business processe
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
