Job Summary

We are hiring Senior National Account Executives to drive new revenue by selling homeyou Pro, our lead generation solution for home service companies across the U.S. (roofing, remodeling, HVAC, plumbing, foundations, and more). In this role, you will manage prospects through the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification to closing deals, with the goal of converting contractors into long-term, recurring customers. This is a consultative, quota-carrying role focused on mid-market, large, and enterprise-level contractors operating locally or nationally in the U.S. home services market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new revenue by selling homeyou Pro to home service companies across the U.S.
  • Prospect and develop new opportunities through outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Work inbound leads generated by marketing and convert them into paying clients
  • Own the full sales cycle: outreach → discovery → pitch → close
  • Build and maintain a healthy, high-value sales pipeline
  • Accurately track activity, deals, and forecasts in CRM
  • Conduct discovery and sales calls to understand contractor business models, volume, and growth goals
  • Present homeyou’s value proposition clearly and credibly to decision-makers
  • Manage multiple prospects and client relationships simultaneously
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure deal quality and smooth handoff
  • Identify objections, patterns, and opportunities to improve conversion and deal size
  • Occasionally attend industry events or trade shows

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive
  • Experience selling B2B solutions in the U.S. market
  • Background in home services, lead generation, CRM, AdTech, SaaS, or digital marketing is a strong plus
  • Proven track record of closing deals over the phone or video
  • Consistent quota achievement
  • Experience working with mid-market or large clients
  • Strong business conversation and negotiation skills
